– Canada & USA: Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
– International Shipping: Delivery time varies by location (typically 7–21 business days).
– Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

– Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
– If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours, contact our support team.

Delivery Delays

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

– Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.

Non-Returnable Items

– Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
– Final sale items or clearance

Refunds

Exchanges

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
– For size exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

G8SPORT.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for support.
